Essential Job Functions
Job Summary\ Performs advanced level work in a wide variety of professional Human Resource management functions and activities. May be assigned one or more areas of responsibility including: job classification, compensation, employment services, recruitment, employee relations, and other Human Resource related special projects.This is an advanced level class in the Human Resource Analyst series.
Minimum Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
- Four (4) years of progressive work experience in the Human Resources field.
- Two (2) years supervisory or lead experience.
- OR any comparable equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be evaluated.
