About the role: As theSenior Director, HR Business Partner for the Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) organization, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative, world-class HR strategies that align with our corporate vision and propel business success. In this pivotal role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Global QA/RA, partnering with their leadership teams to craft and execute transformative talent strategies for over 4,000 employees globally. This position reports directly to the Global Operations Vice President of Human Resources, is part of the Global Operations HR SLT, offering high visibility and impact across the organization. This role collaborates and connects across the Global HR organization and has an HR Business Partner direct report that drives business tied HR strategies across the Global Supply Chain tied QA/RA organization. Your responsibilities will include: Shape and Drive HR Strategy Define and implement innovative HR strategies tailored to QA/RA, ensuring optimal structures, workforce plans, and resources to achieve business goals across the business spectrum of divisional, regional/commercial, global supply chain, and corporate QA/RA. Be the architect of impactful talent strategies, bridging business objectives with HR excellence. Partner with peer HR Business Partners across the globe to deliver HR strategies and services to more than 4,000 employees. Serve as an HR leader on the Quality Systems Governance Board (QSGB), Regulatory Affairs Steering Committee (RASC), and on broader HR forums. Deliver Excellence in HR Services Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to meet the strategic needs of the business, seamlessly integrating global processes and systems. Ensure the effectiveness of BSC's HR Model across QA/RA and support the broader HR strategy. Build and Attract Top Talent Develop and execute robust workforce plans, ensuring the right talent is in the right roles. Partner with senior leadership and Talent Acquisition teams to design strategies that attract and retain top industry talent. Develop and Elevate Talent Lead the talent agenda, including assessments, succession planning, and leadership development, to cultivate future-ready teams. Influence and drive talent discussion across the QA/RA leadership teams, as well as the RASC (Regulatory Affairs Steering Committee). Foster an Inclusive Culture Champion company values and drive cultural initiatives that engage and inspire teams. Equip leaders with tools and strategies to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of the organization. Lead and Mentor Serve as a trusted coach and mentor to leadership teams and the HR organization, building credibility and driving excellence. Demonstrate inclusive leadership, ensuring collaboration and high-impact results. Enable Organizational Effectiveness Partner with leadership to assess, design, and implement organizational structures that support strategy execution. Drive clarity on roles, collaboration, and workforce planning to optimize effectiveness. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 15 years' experience in a progressive Human Resources organization or relevant business environment. Comfortable working and collaborating in a matrixed, global, growth-oriented environment. Ability to envision, drive and manage complex organizational change and development, with relentless follo -through to ensure successful outcomes. Ability to influence key stakeholders while executing large, complex, global projects within deadlines. Demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex business challenges, both urgent short-term issues and long-term strategic actions. Experience with developing and implementing custom talent strategies across various types of teams. A deep understanding of how to build talent in an organization both in terms of acquisition and development. Creating and deploying engagement and retention strategies. Commitment to defining and delivering equity and inclusion strategies. Possess a deep understanding of diverse perspectives, an ability to create inclusive environments where all individuals feel valued and respected. Implementing initiatives that promote equity and belonging, as well as a track record of working effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Previous experience in guiding,coaching and leading senior executives as a credible business advisor. Proven ability to influence and build consensus among senior leadership & HR COE leadership, effectively securing commitment and support for key initiatives. Active mentor, coach or sponsor for talent. Preferred qualifications: HR Business Partner experience. Strong track record of people leadership, managing and developing HR teams. Exhibit an eagerness to challenge assumptions, stay informed about industry trends, and share insights to contribute to team growth and success. A proven track record of adapting to new information and technologies, coupled with a drive to deepen their knowledge in relevant domains, is essential for this role Demonstrated ability and understanding of the need to collaborate globally, across divisions, regions, and global functions. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
