Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Candidates will be working to weld and repair various large rotors. You will interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process. Compliance with all safety protocols is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Weld and repair large rotors.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics.
Grind and finish various rotors after weld repair.
Work from pre-established guidelines such as routings to perform job functions.
Some travel may be required to customer locations to assist with fieldwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Basic math skills.
1-3 years of experience in welding and/or fabrication or enrollment in a welding program.
Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work unsupervised after training is complete.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $58240.00/yr.
Medical coverage: PPO Plan and HDHP Plan
