Aston Carter Title Specialist in Appleton, Wisconsin


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

Review and research title work for insurance customers. The states they support are Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Wisconsin

Complete applications for salvage titles.

Complete the entire process of setting up the sales.

Processes salvage titles from the state.

Staying current with title/salvage laws in multiple states.

Answer and update where/what process the title is in

Review and correct any missing information on title

  • process on average 60 titles a day (attention to detail is key) if title has 1 thing wrong it will be rejected and sent back


Administrative support, Data entry excel, Data entry, Customer support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Good job tenure (no more than 3 jobs in 2 years)

  • Prior admin/processing experience

  • Comfortable taking 10 calls a day (not in a que like call center, but people will call in)

  • Experience with insurance, mortgages, vehicles, or anything where documents were processed

Soft Skills:

  • Eager to learn

  • Ability to take feedback (coachable)

  • Initiative
