Overview:
Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Administrator to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in systems administration and analysis, desktop support, and data reporting across diverse infrastructures. As an IT Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, security, and modernization of technology systems while supporting cross-departmental collaboration and delivering on critical business needs.
This is a Direct Hire role that will require an onsite work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Systems Administration and End-User Support:
Manage, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Provide first-line technical assistance to employees, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage endpoint devices and ensure compatibility with enterprise-level IT systems.
Conduct proactive system monitoring and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly.
Implement and maintain security protocols aligned with current industry standards.
Business Systems Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, refine, and optimize business systems workflows.
Document technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop scalable frameworks to drive sustainable system transformation and modernization initiatives.
Data Reporting and Insights:
Extract, process, and analyze data to develop actionable insights for improved decision-making processes.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing enterprise tools for performance tracking.
Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-5 years of experience in professional IT support roles, specifically in-person support of IT hardware and systems.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols and best practices across IT systems.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to address cross-departmental workflows.
