Job Description

Purpose of Job: Secure the correct demand to be provided to our customers while optimizing inventories. Plan production to ensure optimal utilization of flow and resources. Coordinate with Inbound Logistics to ensure raw materials and maintain dialogue with customer service about urgent orders and allocation.

Responsibilities & Tasks: - Planning Activities: - Handle customer orders. - Revise forecasts to ensure correct material management. - Coordinate with Customer Service and Inbound Planning to ensure customer deliveries. - Execute production plans and optimize production lines. - Execute and follow up on phase-in/phase-out processes. - Understand production capacity. - Contribute to KPI achievement (Customer availability, Customer reliability, Inventory, DOI OTD, Cost savings).

• Project Management:

• Participate in local projects.

• Master Data:

• Ensure all relevant fields are maintained and updated on time to ensure high quality in the processes.

• Process Development and Optimization:

• Support documentation of processes, evaluation, and development to secure best practices.

• Workshops:

• Participate in workshops with colleagues or business partners to support process knowledge, competency development, and cultural changes (lean culture, change culture, etc.).

• Knowledge Search:

• Secure new knowledge (books, articles, university, ERFA groups, conferences, education, training, etc.) and share it with colleagues.

• General:

• Perform other tasks as required, as agreed with the direct Manager.

Processes & Tools: - Production Planning: ONE ERP User Guides, SAP, Excel, BI - SAP: Used for all business handling (ERP system) - Outlook/Lync/WebEx: Used for internal and external communication - Intranet: Used for controlling all documents internally in the department - MS Office: Excel, Power BI, Visio, PowerPoint used for KPI, analyzing, presentations, etc. - AnaPlan: Zoning, Forecast, safety stock tool - P13 & CDS View: Data for analyzing and KPI - Communication Package: Laptop, Mobile phone, home connection, and 3G

Required Competences: - Technical: - Use of SAP (HANA and APO) - Use of MS Tools (Excel, Analysis, Teams, PP, Planner) - Use of BI (P13) - Use of Anaplan - Inventory management - Tactical capacity planning - Managing phase in/phase out in SC - Production planning (operational) - Sales order handling (operational)

Required Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor’s degree

• Supply chain understanding - relevant education (Mandatory)
• SAP 4/HANA Knowledge, Forecast to Produce, Product Life Cycle (Mandatory)
• Microsoft Office (Excel medium level) (Mandatory)
• Anaplan (Optional)
• Project management (Mandatory)
