Twin City Staffing is seeking skilled MIG, TIG, and structural welders to join our growing team in Anoka, MN. Location: Anoka, MN Wage: $20.00 $36.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: 1st shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday Friday 2nd shift: 3:30 pm 2:00 am, Monday Thursday Benefits of the welder: 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Critical illness coverage Paid time off 3 weeks in the first year Flexible spending and health savings accounts Scheduled raises and regular wage reviews Opportunities for advancement Company-sponsored events Stable, long-term work environment Duties of the welder: Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum Grind and dress welds to required finish Read and interpret blueprints accurately Set up jobs and verify part counts Communicate supply and equipment needs Operate hoist and manual pallet jack Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area Collaborate with other welders and complete required paperwork Requirements of the welder: Minimum 2 years of welding experience or technical training AWS D1.1 certification preferred Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift 30 50 lbs Steel-toed boots required Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Additional information: Apply today!
