Twin City Staffing is hiring an electrical field service manager to lead a team of skilled technicians in the Anoka, MN area. Oversee installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems. Provide technical support to field technicians onsite and remotely. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Develop training programs to enhance team skills. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing for smooth project execution. Manage customer relationships and address technical inquiries. Monitor performance and implement process improvements. Coordinate travel schedules and assignments for technicians. Assist with warranty claims, system startups, and technical support. Stay current on electrical testing, control systems, and industry advancements. Coordinate travel schedules and assignments for field service technicians, ensuring efficient coverage. Requirements of the electrical field service manager: 5+ years of experience in a field service role with electrical equipment testing. 2+ years of staff management experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, including low and medium voltage switchgear, power distribution, AC/DC systems, and circuit theory. Experience with troubleshooting and programming PLCs and HMIs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight travel as needed. Valid driver s license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally (US Passport required).
