Vontier Field Support Implementation Specialist in Annapolis, Maryland
· Lead cross-functional discussions to determine key integration points required for field trial testing.
· Collaborate with team to design processes for verification of product installation and performance during Alpha / Beta
· Design risk management plan to control internal and external exposure during field trial
· Attend field trial installations, as needed, to validate program assumptions, processes, and field use cases.
· Facilitate issue tracking and resolution from customer labs and field trial for the purposes of monitoring external quality.
· Document technical lessons learned and provide feedback to the appropriate stakeholder(s) to ensure gap closure.
· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience preferred
· Program Management experience preferred
· Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
· Knowledge of production practices and test procedures
· Good facilitation and conflict resolution skills
· Demonstrated time management and project management skills
· Strong knowledge of Gilbarco Products is a requirement
· Self Starter
· Exceptional verbal and written communications and presentation skills
· Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery
· Must be versatile, flexible, and proactive when resolving technical issues
· Detail oriented with good organizational skills
The base compensation range for this position is $68,000 to $82,300 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
