Kaizen Approach, Inc Data Cloud Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Applications Engineer to serve as a Data Cloud Engineer. The team will look to you to help develop new applications and tool sets designed to automate legacy tracking tools. This person will also assist in the modernization of the current environment to enable quicker delivery of mission information and enhance day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Strong background in DevOps development
Extensive hands-on experience building containerized microservices (k8s)
Extensive hands-on experience building Cloud architectures (AWS and/or Azure)
Experience with development languages and frameworks such as: Python, GoLang, and Django
Five (5) years of experience as a Software/Applications Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Highly Preferred:
Experience with the following:
Spark
Splunk
Oracle
Maria DB
Prometheus
Grafana
