Group/DivisionThe KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities This key corporate position will lead and improve KLA's long-term strategy for the real estate global portfolio, physical security and EHS in support of the company's strategic objectives and plans. This position will be a team member of the global Crisis Management Team as well as Business Continuity Steering Committee. The individual will direct a team to not only achieve these objectives but will also benchmark and review/measure key metrics to pursue progressive efficiencies, both in service and spend improvements to a global annual budget of about US$300M in operations and capex budget of over $100M.

This group is also responsible for crafting and evolving a strategic Global Workplace Services ("GWS") roadmap to ensure that requirements for future business needs are catered for as well as to implement suitable latest office design and technology as well as cleanroom designs to optimize facilities footprint. This will involve active participation and involvement in recent and future M&A activities including treatment of newly acquired properties and assets.

Partner effectively with the executive team and build a strategy that supports KLA's corporate objectives in multiple countries and continents.
