Responsibilities*
Execute the daily PAR management plan including, but not limited to, interacting with a cross functional team of clinical and support staff.
Lead department-wide initiatives related to default stocking unit of measure changes, collaborating with Transactional Purchasing, Item Maintenance, and Warehouse Operations.
Organize and execute unit conversions that are 2BIN Kanban system, Periodic Par Reviews, and other projects in the department.
Respond to customer and stakeholder feedback, concerns, and other requests.
Analyze data for the purpose of informing strategy and decision-making for inventory management activities
Analyze existing business processes and logic in the various functional areas including, but not limited to, purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations through personal observation and user interaction
Analyze PAR level data to facilitate inventory planning as it relates to business decisions
Facilitate continuous improvement to streamline business operations
Recommend workable method and procedural improvements based on supporting data and information as it relates to inventory management
Oversee and assist with the building of clean room supply carts
Demonstrate independent problem-solving abilities
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Utilizes Microsoft business tools to complete tasks: Excel, Power Point, Word, and an electronic mail system (i.e. Outlook) in a network environment
Utilizes strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and implement product changes and new product releases across a large organization
Demonstrated expertise with Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or other Inventory Management software
Proactive, attentive to detail, work with a sense of urgency and be able to overcome obstacles to meet schedule requirements
Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people in all disciplines and at all levels of an organization through process and data knowledge
Strong analytical ability and being able to take a large amount of data and analyze to pair down to make strong decisions.
Completes work with a high level of accuracy
Has the ability to synthesize information across multiple data sources
Desired Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree
5+ years experience in inventory, distribution, and operational management
Demonstrated ability to make and/or facilitate effective business and management decisions
Supports the development and delivery of information and data through the use of applicable media
Ability to figure out processes necessary to get things done
Is well-organized, able to establish priorities, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and function with minimal supervision
Utilizes experience in Healthcare or other Industry Supply Chain Operations
Is familiar with inventory management processes and can apply knowledge base
Work Schedule
What will your schedule look like?
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Your schedule will typically be on the dayshift, with possible flexibility on start time, Monday through Friday. Potential for scheduled meetings after hours and on the weekends that may require your attendance.
