Group/DivisionThe KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.  The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Collect, analyze and report data on key field health metrics and KPIs

Conduct Miss Analysis - Take action to address current and future issues impacting fill rate performance and Spares Inventory cost

Implement and manage material allocations to meet customer demand and fill rate requirements

Summarize inventory status and performance to leadership weekly

Participates in development of predictive analytics to improve service planning operations and executive decision-making around spare parts/ network movements

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track data

Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data

Ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, analyzing and arranging large data sets in a way that is understandable and clearly identifies central themes and messages.

Drive and/or participate in multi-functional projects that impact fill rate

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HANA or Snowflake

Power BI Skills

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

In-depth business knowledge with a high capacity for analyzing data

Data analysis, warehousing, and reporting

Experience with BI tools for data visualization and reporting

High proficiency in MS Excel and Access and SQL skills

Strong preference for experience in business environment with high-mix, low volume products

Strong data and analytical skills focus on crafting predictive systems and processes to improve business performance

Change agent experienced proposing and selling new insights and meaningful traditions.

Concise and impactful oral and written communication written skills

A history of leading and supporting successful projects

Base Pay Range: $61,500.00 - $104,600.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
