Our Supply Chain organization has an opportunity for a Procurement Analyst who thrives in a dynamic setting directly supporting various customers who use Raytheon Technologies’ products in a vibrant and changing environment. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that provides regular engagement with the customer, Program Management Office (PMO), in-country translators, and other functions such as Engineering, Logistics, and Finance. You will leverage a drive for working with international businesses by means of self-motivation and high-level organization while managing multiple priorities at the same time. You will bring a passion for learning and practicing new skills. This position is an onsite role at our Tucson, AZ location.
What You Will Do:
Manage supplier performance and relationships, as well as identify new sources of supply as needed
Develop metrics and reports to manage flow of material from origin through delivery
Continuously communicate with various internal and external stakeholders regarding needs and updates
Support the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services driving synergy savings opportunities and developing solutions to support our internal customers more efficiently and ultimately the Warfighter
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically Requires A bachelors or masters degree in the area of Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Business, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience or an Advance degree.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
