Cornerstone onDemand Principal Technical Project Manager, Salesforce in Andheri, India

Cornerstone is looking for a seasoned and highly driven Principal Project Manager (Salesforce) with Scrum Master expertise to join our IT team. This individual will play a key role in leading Go-to-Market projects, leveraging their extensive experience in agile project management. This is a highly visible hands-on role where you will work alongside business and technical leaders on the execution of enterprise applications projects and management of business operations that align with the overall company GTM strategy and goals. You are a hands-on team player, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and high-impact domain.

To succeed in this role, you will need a natural analytical way of thinking, a collaborative working and communication style, strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, solid change management skills, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support the implementation of enterprise Go-To-Market projects. This includes orchestrating activities, executing plans, and working with existing and acquired teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful integrations.

  • Proactively drive results by managing key project activities, managing risks and issues, and leading projects to achieve desired goals while keeping cross-functional teams accountable to project objectives.

  • Work closely with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across cross-functional teams to clearly and effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and the status of projects. Comfortable presenting to and leading meetings at the VP level.

  • Utilize change management techniques to provide clear communication and coordination within all areas affected by projects.

  • Create and manage methods of reporting metrics, operational status, and efforts.

  • Perform Scrum Master duties, including facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

You have what it takes if you have:

  • 15+ years of implementing enterprise Go-To-Market integration projects or solution support experience in CRM/Salesforce, preferably in technology companies.

  • 12+ years of project management experience, including planning and management, issues/risk management, testing, including processes, reporting, and project management tools.

  • Experience with several of these tools: CRM/Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, Mavenlink (or other PSA tools), JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LucidChart.

  • Change management experience.

  • Strong proficiency in SDLC and Agile best practices.

  • PMP, Scrum/Agile certifications.

  • Salesforce certification or accreditation.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, a self-starter.

  • Reputation for excellence and demonstrated experience in delivering top enterprise application projects in fast-paced technical environments.

  • Proven experience getting results in complex environments, as well as managing projects in multi-cultural, multi-time zone settings.

  • Disciplined, process-oriented, and detail-oriented while seeing the big picture.

  • Collaboration-first mindset, an organizational “connector” that easily works across organizational boundaries. Influencing without authority, and building rapport with senior stakeholders, outside of the immediate team.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine and execute acceptable solutions.

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate concisely with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a busy and highly collaborative environment.

  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or equivalent work experience.
