Job Summary:
Conducts daily Team Member audits for all Inbound/Outbound functions through various manual and systemic methods.
Follows established SOPs for auditing each function within the warehouse.
Records, documents, and reports on Team Member accuracy.
Provides specific accuracy/quality audit results to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing and conducting daily Team Member audits for accuracy and quality.
Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of audit results.
Successfully utilizes Standard Operating Procedures to conduct fair and ethical audits for applicable Warehouse team members.
Successfully documents audit results to include daily data entry and daily audit results discussion with leadership team.
Communicate effectively and work as a team member with peers in various functions.
Will perform typical warehouse functions while not assigned to the auditing function.
Performs other duties as assigned.
