Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19 - $22 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Quality Assurance Worker:
Conducts standardized tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as color, weight, dimension, texture.
Reviews purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with HACCP standards and company policies and procedures. Prepares reports.
Records test data such as weight, temperatures, moisture content, qualities, and quantities inspected or graded.
Applies proper acceptance/rejection criteria and marks items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status.
Audits production facility and reviews employee behavior for proper sanitation. Performs weekly pest control and documents findings.
Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to the Production Manager.
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) 3rd Shift (Night)
Job requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Background Check Required
1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Work in a team environment
Ability to carry, reach, bend, push, pull, and climb
