ITW Support Engineer in Amsterdam, Netherlands
E2M Technologies BV, an MTS company, is a young company with its main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. E2M has a wealth of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of electric motion and control loading systems for a wide variety of applications such as vehicle simulation (aircraft, cars, trains, etc.), entertainment rides, research and development applications and more. E2M products are exported and serviced worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Mijdrecht.

Our Support engineers aren’t just technically gifted they are also good communicators who focus on customer’s satisfaction and customer´s benefit.
You work with international and diverse teams.
You are located in the lively vibrant metropolis of Amsterdam and you will travel across Europe.
You provide high-quality technical guidance and assistance to our demanding customers.
You help our customers to resolve system problems.
You develop and maintain expertise on E2M products.
You ensure customer satisfaction through accurate, detailed and timely responses to problems and queries.
You troubleshoot system faults remotely or on site to the component level and work together with nice colleges from mechanical and systems engineering-team to take the best corrective action.
You will be responsible of training and commissioning tasks for the customers.
You build and maintain a trustful and excellent customer relationship.
As a technical expert you assist our customers on-site or providing telephone or remote help.
Our ideal candidate
Is a dedicated problem solver with profound technical background.
Feels challenged by complex customer issues and requests.
Holds a Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering.
Has excellent communication skills in English.
Brings preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Likes to travel around the world.
Holds a driving-license.
Brings strong customer orientation and flexibility.
Is a team-player.
Works independently and task driven.
The following skills are an advantage:
Experience with (high tech) motion control systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals and procedures
Programming experience
German and/or French language skills
