Note : This role will be based from our Group Company AniCura and working for Mars Veterinary Health (https://www.linkedin.com/company/mars-veterinary-health/life/) , covering UK/ROI (Republic of Ireland) /Europe/APAC.

About the role:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient stock management and maximizing product availability across multiple markets while minimizing costs. Reporting to the Head of Direct Procurement, you will be the key interface between our preferred partners and internal stakeholders, driving supply performance and supporting the continuity of supply for MVHI preferred products.

Description:

  • Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Function: Procurement

  • Reports To: Head of Direct Procurement

  • Location: Preferred - Netherlands (Hybrid); Other options -Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Sweden

  • Languages: Proficiency in English and any other European language is a plus.

  • Contract: Full Time

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    Communication of stock status, supply risk and mitigation options

  • Act as the key interface between preferred partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain optimal levels of preferred products in all markets.

    Reporting and Analytics

  • Support reporting needs using a range of systems.

  • Support accurate real-time stock picture.

  • Drive continuous improvement in both processes and reporting/analytics

    Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • Degree and/or CIPS qualification desirable.

    You are expected to have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Procurement and Sourcing, with exposure to strategic sourcing methodology tools and techniques.

  • Previous experience in an Inventory Planning/Control Specialist role across multiple markets.

  • Strong supply chain knowledge, with experience in planning processes as an advantage.

  • Proven track record in maintaining continuity of supply.

  • Excellent supplier relationship and internal stakeholder management experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-border teams and think creatively to overcome challenges
