The Team

PVH Retail Operations plays a pivotal role in the organization and part of DTC Hub, operating within a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment, where every individual's voice is valued, and our teams thrive. The Position

Reporting directly to the Transformation Manager, the Specialist Retail Transformation is tasked with identifying market and store needs, formulating problem statements, and collaborating with the Product team to assess, define, and develop future Omnichannel and Retail systems, services, and solutions. Additionally, the Specialist is accountable for the successful implementation of these solutions, while also focusing on KPI definition and tracking, and actively driving Change Management initiatives.

Moreover, the Specialist plays a pivotal role in analyzing and highlighting local market characteristics and needs, with a specific focus on RFID involvement. The key focus area is the preparation and execution of stakeholder and store trainings, ensuring that the teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage RFID technology effectively.

  • System Assessment: Analyze current Retail & Omni systems, focusing on Inventory Management Solutions and RFID across European outlets and full-price stores. Identify market needs and best practices.

  • Prioritization and Feasibility: Prioritize market needs based on strategic impact and feasibility. Assess cost/benefit ratios and identify profitability drivers.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain expert knowledge in RFID systems and processes. Serve as a subject matter expert.

  • Alignment with Central Teams: Collaborate with central product teams to address identified needs, assist in vendor selection for system implementation, and implement central strategies in local markets.

  • Training, Support, and Standardization: Prepare and update training materials for efficient RFID system usage. Train users, provide support, and promote standardization across regions.

  • Change Management and Adoption: Drive initiatives for long-term adoption, establish and monitor mutual KPIs, and facilitate user acceptance testing and piloting of new systems.

  • Issue Resolution and Optimization: Address hardware and system issues, including RFID, in collaboration with Store Operations, Product, and IT teams to ensure stores fully leverage technology.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Retail Operations Experience: You possess previous retail operations experience, ideally acquired within a retail setting. You have a deep understanding of store operations, allowing you to effectively assess and address operational needs. Having 1-2 years of experience working with RFID will be an advantage.

  • Excellent data analysis skills. Your ability to research and analyze various data sources equips you to make well-informed decisions.

  • Stakeholder Management: With strong stakeholder management skills, you effortlessly build relationships and collaborate to achieve mutual success. Your creativity, commercial awareness, and confident decision-making skills enable you to communicate effectively and drive impactful outcomes at all levels.

  • You thrive in environments of change, adapting quickly and working efficiently to maintain pace and momentum. Your proactive mindset fosters innovation, and you consistently seek and implement solutions to challenges.

  • Project Management experience: Your exceptional project and time management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks. You possess the ability to adapt your communication style to suit various audiences and situations, facilitating effective interaction and collaboration.
