Stryker Senior Manager, Digital Transformation in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Leads the strategy and design of new global standard to connect our valued inbound suppliers with the SAP Ariba supplier collaboration platform. Represents Stryker manufacturing facilities for the Supplier Enablement workstream processes and corresponding sub-processes. Empowered leader with broad decision rights. Responsible for goals, objectives, and deliverables for the identified process area. Drives engagement with Subject Matter Experts and business leaders to provide input and participate in project activities. Validates new processes and communicates change impact to user community. Responsible for supply continuity for associated go lives to ensure suppliers are appropriately set up, trained and able to transact on the Ariba Network prior to the deployment.
Essential Duties
Responsible for the project plans, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of project activities within the Supplier Enablement workstream.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and consultants to drive adoption of industry best practices for the work stream.
Leads strategic discussions and escalations with suppliers to gain buy-in and resources to meet project requirements.
Understand business processes in scope of the end-to-end process and collaborates across process areas to ensure end-to-end solution adoption.
Ensures involvement and alignment of subject matter experts across Stryker Divisions, Functions, and Geographies.
Ensures solution meets business requirements, while driving harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies; allowing configurations as necessary with no customizations.
Facilitate rapid decisions and the completion of key solution design.
Lead and oversee process and participate in design workshops.
Accountable for Stryker process deliverables, milestones, and tasks for functional area.
Monitor and report-out on supplier progress through supplier enablement lifecycle, escalating issues to program leadership when necessary.
Actively supports project hypercare to monitor and resolve issues after solution go-live.
Lead change management / communication across Stryker key stakeholders and our supply base and oversee training development and content delivery to suppliers.
Proactively identifies potential risks, develops mitigation plans, and works across the project team to resolve issues within the workstream.
Communicate program status and escalates issues to Project Manager.
Partners with run-state organization to develop an efficient post-go live supplier enablement process and hand off for sites that have gone live.
Education & Special Trainings:
BS, BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent required.
Masters in in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience is required.
Experience with SAP Ariba and/or other similar SAAS solutions preferred.
Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skillsets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Ability to manage expectations and drive collaboration across a diverse stakeholder base including numerous global applications and multiple business deployment groups.
International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred.
Must be able to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives reports, and other documentation accurately.
Ability to build trusting relationships and gain respect from executives and well as business and own team members.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to a diverse set of audiences.
