JOB PURPOSE

Develop together with the Transformation Director new standards of definition, execution and measurement for key priority transformative projects & processes. The job holder will be responsible for supporting the Business Integration Office by overseeing the execution and integration of key transformative initiatives across the entire Organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the Business Integration Office in planning, executing integration initiatives across various functions in alignment with strategic goals (3YP) and business priorities.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the new Barilla way of working towards more flexibility, agility and responsibility, managing the execution of the Company transformative projects.

  • Coordinate and track the progress of the various key transformative initiatives by collaborating with different key stakeholders (Initiative leaders, core team members, ExCo sponsors).

  • Act as a reference point for gathering key requirements and goals from different stakeholders throughout the process of setting up the Integrated Initiative Plan.

  • Prepare and deliver status reports and update on the Integrated Initiative Plan highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the Integrated Initiative Plan and suggest process improvements (ie. in tracking, way of working, etc.).

  • Contribute actively to reinforce the Integrated Initiative Plan in having a solid and coherent Communication and Change Management Plan.

  • Support the Transformation team in directly managing specific Transformative Initiatives under the Transformation team scope.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5/6 years of experience are mandatory

  • Track record in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/ or Post-Merger Integration (PMI) is mandatory.

  • Strong background on project management

  • In relevant projects (ie: Tier1/ Company Portfolio Projets)

  • Stakeholder management at different levels (ie: senior mgmt, technical…)

  • Project management certification highly preferred (ie: PMP)

  • International background / experience in international projects.

  • Consultancy background

  • Previous experiences in process optimization and systems integration are highly preferred

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
