The FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and projection process, delivering the necessary insights to the senior management on the performance of the division.

What you will do:

  • You will assist the senior FP&A analyst in the coordination of the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process

  • You will act as a business controller for the divisions supported in terms of Actuals, Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan

  • You will act as liaison between Country Finance, divisional finance leaders, European Finance Management and the Corporate office

  • You will lead the sales reporting process and be responsible for preparing and submitting the weekly sales reports

  • You will provide European management with reporting and analysis

  • You will play an active role in improving processes and system flow and assist in leading finance process improvement projects

What you will need:

  • Degree in Finance /Business related subject

  • CPA Preferred

  • Fluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus

  • 3+ years experience in a finance function preferably in a matrixed multinational with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems

  • Familiar with local and US GAAP.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
