The FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and projection process, delivering the necessary insights to the senior management on the performance of the division.
What you will do:
You will assist the senior FP&A analyst in the coordination of the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process
You will act as a business controller for the divisions supported in terms of Actuals, Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan
You will act as liaison between Country Finance, divisional finance leaders, European Finance Management and the Corporate office
You will lead the sales reporting process and be responsible for preparing and submitting the weekly sales reports
You will provide European management with reporting and analysis
You will play an active role in improving processes and system flow and assist in leading finance process improvement projects
What you will need:
Degree in Finance /Business related subject
CPA Preferred
Fluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus
3+ years experience in a finance function preferably in a matrixed multinational with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems
Familiar with local and US GAAP.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
