The Cluster Reservations Team is responsible for 7 Hilton properties in the Netherlands; DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, Hilton Amsterdam, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Hilton Garden Inn Leiden, Hilton Rotterdam, and Hilton The Hague.

What will I be doing?
As Reservations Trainee you will beresponsibletodeliver highest level of quality to our guests.Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:
- In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
- Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
- Updating reservations via the CRS system
- Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
- Correct handling of reservations documents
- Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
- Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-sellingwith a sales attitude.
- Keep guests’ information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards
What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Trainee. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:
- Hospitable attitude and service-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Looking for an internship of at least 6 months
- Starting September 2024

Rewards
€800.00 per month as internship allowance including free lunch buffet options during your shift.
