The leader will be responsible for working with multiple cross-functional team members providing oversight of key operational fulfillment aspects of major components of the Amarillo Facility.

Roles and Responsibilities
Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
Act as lead fulfillment operational liaison for Remanufacturing Service Shop in Amarillo including order management, ERP transaction execution
Provide and improve execution and operational rhythms with Freight Routing team and partner with onsite material planning teams and offsite CM&U organization
Will act as key contact for fulfillment inquiries, logistics, customer issue resolution focusing on key operational execution steps for Event Drive Repower program.
Serves as best practice/quality resource for fulfillment and logistics coordination onsite.
Has in-depth knowledge of logistics best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market including outbound and inbound logistics to the facility
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
