The beautiful Graystone Manor Altoona is looking for a *Dietary Aide *to join our team!
Working as a Dietary Aide in a personal care setting demands adaptability and dedication to our residents.
You'll work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring resident meal schedules and dietary needs are met.
Dietary aides in personal care facilities spend most of their work shifts on their feet and walking around performing various tasks.
During day-to-day activities, a dietary aide might have to lift up to 50 pounds in food supplies and other goods.
Current Opening is for: Part Time Dietary Aide:
- Shift Hours are:
- 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM AND 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- 4-5 Days/Week
- Must Be Willing To Work Every Other Weekend.
- Holiday Rotation
- $12.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities include:
- Assist in meal preparation and serving.
- Following dietary directions and meal plans
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Cleaning and organizing kitchen and dining area
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a dietary or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to bend, lift and move quickly.
- Must have a friendly and compassionate attitude.
- Must be able to pass a PA State Background Check and Drug Screen
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 -- 32 per week
