Perform cleaning duties such as vacuum carpets, cleaning windows, title floors, sinks and bathroom fixtures.
Work in any area to ensure all requests for cleaning are covered thoroughly and on schedule.
Check furnace filters routinely (every 6 weeks) and clean if necessary.
When instructed, employee completes annual cleaning schedule.
Report to the housekeeping supervisor significant resident behavior changes.
Attend all required in-services and trainings.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state rules and regulations.Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
For purposes of effective communication with residents, families and staff must be able to see, hear, speak, read and write English.
Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 35 lbs and walk or stand up to eight hours.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior experience preferred.
