We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities.
Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities
Manage hiring processes and welcome new employees.
Handle employee questions and resolve conflicts.
Manage employee benefits and assist with inquiries.

Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports.
Plan activities to keep employees engaged and motivated.
Assist with various HR projects and tasks.
Handle exit processes and gather feedback from departing employees.
