Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Project Manager with experience in civil/site planning and development specifically for athletic/recreational facilities. The projects you will be handling are typically for local municipalities and K-12 education. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and presentation skills.
Hard Skills
Experience in civil/site design
Land planning and permitting for industrial, institutional, commercial, multifamily residential and athletic/recreation facilities
Experience with the design and planning of athletic/recreation facilities for municipal, K-12, and higher education
Coordination of staff to complete assignments
Practice and administer quality control procedures
Completion of assigned project deliverables including construction documents, technical reports and cost estimating
Project billing/invoicing and project staffing projections
Writing proposals, responding to requests for proposals/qualifications, and business development efforts
Soft Skills
Solid communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Mentoring or training of staff
Ability to present and represent the company at client meetings and obligations
