SHIFT: First Shift
PAY: $16.64/hr ( 30,60,90 day evaluations are conducted- pay increase can be up to .25/hr)

Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and organization of parts within our manufacturing environment. You will use small power tools, drills, electric screwdrivers, staple guns, and other tools to assist in the assembly process. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning, mopping, organizing, and moving small parts on wheeled carts. This is a family-owned company looking to grow their team
Must Haves:
Ability to assemble parts
Experience with small power tools (drills, electric screwdrivers, staple guns, etc.)
Proficiency in reading tape measures using 1/16" and 1/32" increments
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Altamont, Illinois.
Work Environment
Traditional manufacturing shop environment. The environment is clean and organized into 'cells' where structures are assembled in sections. Family owned company, and an industry-leading manufacturer of telescopic seating.
