Work as an Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (AI/NLP) software developer. Assist with development of virtual assistant using natural language processing and artificial intelligence systems. Work with multi-functional software engineering, Knowledge Management, project management and QA teams. Build product and identify quality issues and deliver an outstanding Chatbot experience. Use Python coding to move and transform data from multiple sources to a data store or data warehouse. Distil complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peers.
Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related degree and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a Technology Architect, Technology Lead, or a related field. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Cloud technologies including Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; Conversation AI-based tools including Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialog flow, Kore.ai, or LivePerson; Live Chat integration using with Salesforce Omnichannel; NodeJS; Python; HTML; CSS; jQuery; Database technologies including Oracle DB, MongoDB, or SQL Database; and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub.
