Supply Chain Analyst

Kelly Services is seeking a talented Supply Chain Analyst for our top Healthcare Supply Manufacturer in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 5 years’ experience in a similar role and strong customer service experience. The candidate must have strong Excel skills. This is a position that deals heavily in inventory supply and order fulfillment, NOT logistics. This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of extension.

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

  • Pay: $25.00 – 29.00 DOE and education

Description:

This is cross-functional position between Supply Chain and Customer Service Operations. The client is looking for experience in both areas. This position is responsible for daily operations of versioning and resourcing orders to the correct part numbers version and shipment location. Position will also be required to publish daily key performance metrics.

In this role you will:

  • Identifies opportunities to change customer orders to specific product versions to avoid back order

  • Identifies opportunities to change customer orders to specific shipment location to avoid back order

  • Run process daily to highlight opportunities for versioning and resourcing (analysis and troubleshooting at a globally level)

  • Change or re-enter customer specific orders to correct version or location, daily

  • Publish Key reports daily

  • Provide strategic input relative to supply chain impacts at the earliest stages of project planning.

  • Maintain data integrity across all planning systems relative to projects impacting the product portfolio.

  • Communication liaison between numerous cross functional teams with focus on problem resolution/escalation

  • Support optimal customer service performance and inventory management in accordance with Healthcare objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5 years of related business experience is preferred

  • Ability requirements are to effectively organize, plan, control, and communicate plans to Planning, customer service, master data, and forecasting. Recommended experience:

  • SAP

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Access

  • Customer Order Entry

  • Production Planning

  • Roll over planning/management

  • Customer Service Order Management

  • Global Supply Chain
