About the Team

The Value Acceleration Services (VAS) team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into our enterprise SaaS products. The goal of VAS is to accelerate the delivery of value to customers while reducing the delivery effort.

The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams deliver maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on achieving better outcomes for our people and our customers.

The successful candidate will also be an integral part of the VAS leadership team. They will be instrumental in leading outcomes for our customers via the Pro Suite. They will also shape our TPM practice and work closely with Product Management and Engineering in the unified team environment we are operating in.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished leader to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering customer outcomes via our Pro Suite. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, you will lead cross-functional teams in executing large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. You will set an example for the practitioners and elevate the practices across our ways of working in our unified teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver outcomes in the Pro Suite via regular releases to our customers.

• Lead cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliver complex programs.

• Provide strategic guidance using data analysis and industry knowledge.

• Promote program management excellence by managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Balance multiple projects effectively while managing resources efficiently.

• Solve critical issues innovatively with strong technical expertise.

• Drive the adoption of new technology (like AI) where it contributes to better outcomes for our customers and employees (U Krewers).

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of delivering customer value in SaaS or similar high-paced, customer-centric environments.

• Proficient in Agile/Lean practices with experience improving business outcomes.

• Strong leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Proven lifelong learning and curiosity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with large-scale system architecture.

• Experience with UKG products or related services.

• Proven record of practicing a customer-centric approach.

• Track record of utilizing new technology (like AI) in technical program delivery.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.

• Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM.

Travel Requirement:

Up to 25%

The pay range for this position is $202,300.00 to $290,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
