FM Global Scheduling Services Business Analyst (Fire and B&M) in ALPHARETTA, Georgia

This position analyzes, identifies, and recommends process improvements or discontinuation. The intern will handle various tasks with growing complexity that require technical knowledge of systems and procedures under direct supervision.

The role considers the entire lifecycle of specific processes and through analysis and stakeholder feedback, will recommend proposed changes to support timely delivery of quality products and services to new and existing clients. All activities are in support of and at the direction of the authorized individuals(s) within FM Global.

The scope of the Scheduling Services Business Analyst's responsibilities is to analyze, build, and determine the return of investment and needed resources for enhanced and new services. Ongoing communication, including updates with stakeholders, will be a crucial responsibility.

  • High School or GED and University coursework preferred!

  • Specific Degree -Business, Risk Management

  • GPA: 3.0 and above

  • Minimum of 2 years - A combination of education and work experience will be considered!

Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook with ability to learn new systems

The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
