As a Principal Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will have a deep technical understanding of cloud security engineering and DevOps, with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their cloud journey, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir.
Develop and maintain cloud architectures that ensure security, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Drive cloud security engineering practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Implement and manage DevOps processes to streamline development, deployment, and operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
Conduct technical assessments, audits, and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends to continuously enhance our cloud strategy.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Deep technical knowledge of cloud security engineering principles and practices.
Proven experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of Azure Data and AI services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, cloud security, and DevOps are highly desirable.

Our Principal Big Data Software Engineering, earns between $158,200.00-$237,400.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
