Robert Half Bookkeeper in Alpharetta, Georgia
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Alpharetta, Georgia for a Bookkeeper. You will be operating within the industry, tasked with managing financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform data entry and manage financial records
• Process and track accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting
• Prepare journal entries for financial transactions and events
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Conduct regular ledger maintenance
• Oversee the month-end close process and generate P& L reports
• Handle payroll operations and ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in account reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in bank reconciliations
• Strong bookkeeping skills
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with month-end close tasks
• Knowledge of payroll processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
