Job Title: Manufacturing Worker I
Starting Pay: $10.33 per hour
Available Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Work Environment: The work area has limited climate control. Most work is indoors; however, some outdoor work could be required. Temperature is variable and depends on weather. The work area contains sawdust and significant noise levels. Standard lighting is provided in the production areas. Employees could be temporarily assigned to other work areas.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Steel-toe safety shoes are required in all areas. Some areas require hardhats, safety glasses, meta-tarsal guards, and ear plugs or muffs. These items will be provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Most tasks require the employee to stand.
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Able to bend, twist, push, pull, and stack.
Responsibilities:
- Feed or tail machines, assembly, stacking lumber, packaging, and manufacturing.
- Meet expectations for production and quality control.
- Follow safety regulations and rules.
- Meet or exceed attendance of 95% for scheduled days.
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Keep work area, break rooms, and all grounds clean and organized.
- Complete all assigned duties.
Education Requirements: No requirements. On the job training is provided.
