Aristo-Cast, Inc. General Manager (Investment Casting Foundry) in Almont, Michigan
Looking for an individual with a Minimum of 10 years' experience in an investment casting foundry. Able to prepare detailed cost estimates for the manufacturing of investment castings from quote to complete casting. Have knowledge of the latest developments in the investment casting environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze customer requirements, labor, and time required for the manufacturing of products.
- Provide accurate and timely response to customer Request for Quotes (RFQ).
- Collect cost data from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Design casting, casting gating, processes & procedures according to customer specifications.
- Utilize and maintain company provided costing software.
- Understand, follow, and implement AS9100 guidelines.
