Sales Assistant to Key Account Manager (DKAM) Nederlandstalig

Maak deel uit van ons nieuwe project voor een wereldberoemd automerk dat gespecialiseerd is in elektrische voertuigen en EV-mobiliteit.

We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste kandidaten die een passie hebben voor customer service en zakelijke klanten willen helpen met allerlei kwesties.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen van vragen van klanten en dealers in samenwerking met de Key Account Managers

• Opstellen en evalueren van verkoopanalyses en rapportages

• Acquisitie van nieuwe klanten

• Opstellen van orderdocumenten

• Data onderhoud in Salesforce

• Voorbereiding van beurzen

• Maken van presentaties met behulp van PowerPoint

• Opstellen van concurrentieanalyses

• Bewaken van binnenkomende orders

Kennis & Ervaring

• Werkervaring in sales (B2C en B2B).

• Sterke communicatieve- en presentatoevaardogheden.

• Interesse in de automotive sector.

• C2/C1 niveau van de Nederlandse taal met B2 Engelse taal is een vereiste – de beoordeling van de Nederlandse taal wordt uitgevoerd door een externe leverancier.

Werktijden:

• Ons Customer Engagement Center is geopend van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 8.30 tot 17.30 uur, standaard kantooruren.

• Betaalde training om je te ontwikkelen tot een professional. De fulltime training duurt ongeveer 3 weken van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 9.00 tot 17.15 uur.
