DESCRIPTION OF WORK Allentown is a booming metropolitan area with a diverse population that continues to grow. AHA is looking for a bilingual Property Manager who is ready to face any challenges with a positive outlook and make a lasting impact on our community.

As a Property Manager, you will manage low rent public housing developments, including all data related to those developments, to ensure accuracy of resident data and information. Timeliness and quality control are crucial in this position as you will oversee all resident files, transfer lists, lease agreements, and enforcement of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). Other key administrative duties include completing an accurate month end close out of rent payments and other charges, attending meetings for assigned properties, supervising and assisting staff, and representing AHA at hearings as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Three (3) years experience in supervising or performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family residential subsidized or affordable housing communities, property owned, or programs administered by a public housing authority or comparable (low-income) property management agency; or One (1) year as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant Section 8 Coordinator; or Two (2) years as a Management Aide.

You may be contacted for a Spanish speaking proficiency evaluation conducted by the Bureau of Talent Acquisition, PA Office of Administration.
