Reimagine What's Possible

The goal of the Maintenance Transformation project is for plant maintenance to become "best in class" in each of the global regions and be able to flex the operating model to support traditional Industrial Gas core assets as well as new growth platform assets and products. We are seeking an individual to work and collaborate within our Operational Excellence team located at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA. The Maintenance Transformation work will be centered around the following objectives: 1)Organizational Elements:Process adoption, role clarity and maintenance responsibilities. 2)Reliability: Proactive, predictive, and a strategic approach to maintenance based on risks and consequences. 3)Execution:Optimized planning and execution of turnarounds/outages and complexmaintenance activities. 4)Cost control:Optimal cost management, forecasting, budgeting methods and tools. 5)Preventive Maintenance Performance:Effective, closed loop PM execution.

In this position, the individual will be expected to drive actions for the primary initiatives identified as part of the key objectives. The individual will take the lead on testing new software and platforms developed for maintenance, particularly with the new large turnround planning and execution software. This will require working closely with the Digital Technology organization and some outside software application vendors to develop and execute test plans. Additionally, the individual will be required to create Qlik Sense dashboards for new maintenance KPIs and reporting. Since this a global program, the individual will work with the Americas, Asia, Middle East and Europe regions on a regular basis and help provide training for the new processes and tools developed. This may require working hours outside of normal business hours. The job will require 15% travel.
