Job Summary: Operator in Training
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operator In Training. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in operating and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with machinery.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
