Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently recruiting for a Processor to work from our manufacturing facility located in Algona, WA on third Shift. As a Processor, this candidate will be responsible for efficient operation of Ring production ensuring consistent flow and quality finished product. This position work at 10:30pm-06:15am from Monday night through Saturday Morning including Sanitation. Key Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned. Responsible for proper measurement of ingredients and recording lot numbers of oil, popcorn and salt. Ensures product flow meets standards of efficiency. Visually inspects finished product to ensure product quality based on standards. Ensures proper labeling of bulk product with production date. Moves pallets of bulk product using manual pallet jack. Keeps workstation and inspection table clean. Notifies Supervisor or Team Lead of any problems. Pay Range: $19.82 per hour + $1.00 for 3rd shift differential. Requirements: Effective oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful. Solid decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience as processor in a food manufacturing, a plus. During the first year of service, hired applicants will earn Paid Time Off in the form of Vacation and Flex PTO at the accrual rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, earning a maximum of 40 hours of Vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO, for a combined maximum total of 80 hours.
