Shermco is looking for a Field Service Technician. Shermco US is hiring a Field Service Technician *Field Service Technician* The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support to customers, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, drive regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Should be able to pass a fit for duty physical exam when required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
