Systems Integration Inc Request Fulfillment Manager in Alexandria, Virginia
The Request Fulfillment Manager specializes in providing a full range of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, and support services to the client. Seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate with ten (10) years direct ITSM Program Management experience in the last 15 years. The successful candidate must have experience managing a service desk/help desk environment and will be accountable for all aspects of program performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Directing the performance of a variety of related projects, which may be organized by technology, program or client.
- Overseeing the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base.
- Defining, managing and ensuring compliance to the Request Fulfillment process providing a central coordination function for the management of service requests.
- Maintaining oversight of the end-to-end process, resolving exceptions and dealing with queries in a consistent and timely manner.
- Training service desk agents on delivering quality service Program areas typically represent more than three functional areas that may include engineering, systems analysis, quality control, administration, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. With at least 18 years of general experience of which 15 years is directly related experience, a degree is not required.
- Must have experience managing a service desk or help desk environment.
- Shall possess a wide array of experience including ServiceNow, ITIL, and ITSM.
