What you’ll do:
The Supply Chain Analyst will be part of the Aldridge team, working together with Supply Chain team in constantly improving the company's performance.
Ensure SAP ERP system is fully utilised, along with other management tools to achieve the best possible customer service
Understand customer requirements and stock status to prioritize works orders according to business needs
Plan day to day operation ensuring capacity is fully utilized
Optimize costs, stock, and work center utilization
Maintain MRP planning parameters
Coordinate resource availability; direct employee work hours and location by work center
Chase delivery of raw material and subcontract operations
Supports the warehouse, manufacturing, dispatch, and customer service teams
Responsible as part of the Supply Chain team for the following metrics: YOY cost reduction, DOH reduction, OTTR improvement, supply chain risk reduction
Manage the purchasing and procurement for various indirect suppliers
Maintains an excellent understanding of the operational capabilities of the business
Optimize the production planning process using Continuous Improvement activities
Perform activities according to the Quality and Environmental politics established by the business
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year experience in Procurement
Skills:
Has excellent IT ability and experience in working with SAP and Microsoft Office
Has excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Is able to communicate with all levels in the business and influence cross functionally through the organisation
Has previous experience in Supply Chain with a track record of delivering high performance results
Is able to understand and manage complex data, and to anticipate and highlight issues, taking decisive corrective action
Adopt a hands-on approach to achieve best possible customer service
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
