TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Albuquerque, New Mexico

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handling 40-50 inbound calls daily from customers throughout New Mexico.
Addressing general questions and providing solutions for utility service needs.
Assisting with payment and billing arrangements.
Managing collections due to COVID payment plans.
Connecting and disconnecting utility services.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about customer service and possess the following qualifications:
Must Haves:
Experience: 1-2 years of call center experience with a proven track record of tenure (at least 1.5 years at recent jobs).
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to deescalate calls and provide solutions without transferring to management.
Tech-Savvy: Experience working with 3-5 software programs simultaneously and toggling between them.
Adaptability: Ability to utilize dual computer screens and focus on one-call resolution.
Nice to Haves:
Collections Experience: Previous experience in collections is a plus.
Bilingual: English/Spanish speakers are highly desirable.
Leadership Skills: Previous training or team lead experience in a call center environment.
Utility Industry Experience: Experience in the utility industry is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
