ALBION CORRECTIONAL FACILITY (DOCS) Plant Utilities Assistant in Albion, New York
Minimum Qualifications:
One year full-time hands on experience in the maintenance and operation of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional facility, computer applications of digital energy platforms and building analytics and or performing diagnosis repair of HVAC systems/boilers/or auxiliary equipment.
OR: Completion of an HVAC certificate or diploma from a BOCES program (440 hours).
OR: Completion of an approved certificate in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, boiler operations and maintenance, or plumbing from an accredited tech school or tech college.
OR: an associated degree in HVAC OR Completion of NYS Dept of Labor registered apprenticeship program for stationary engineers, plant maintenance, HVAC Mechanic, refrigeration/AC. OR Military enlistment in the HVAC field.
OR: A bachelor's degree in Facilities/Mechanical/Electrical/or Marine Engineering.
OR: Possession of a High-Pressure Boiler Operating Engineer License or Stationary Engineer License.
Normal shift is 3pm to 11pm, but may vary based on need.
