Mennonite Village is a well-respected CCRC in Oregon\'s beautiful Mid-Willamette Valley that provides life-enriching services to people of all faiths and beliefs. We are currently seeking LPN-Charge Nurses. Our facility cares for post-acute care patients, hospice patients, and residents who reside at the facility. Residents admit with a variety of skilled nursing needs including pain management, management of peripheral IVs, management of central lines and infusions, wound and skin assessment and care including management of wound vacs, administration of medications including injectable. Variable shifts available. Base pay starts at \$29.50-\$33.20 Depending on experience. Shift differential of \$2 for hours worked between 10pm & 6am plus additional \$2 for weekends. Sign On Bonuses-To be eligible you must be in good standing and work minimum required hours. Full time - Payable \$500 at 90 days worked and \$500 at 180 days worked. Part time and On Call - Payable \$250 at 90 days worked and \$250 at 180 days worked.
