Executing and managing full life-cycle recruitment process to attract and source high quality leadership, executive level candidates and technical roles, including software/web/databasedevelopment (e.g. AEM, Sitecore, Java, SQL, Hadoop), DevOps(e.g. hosting engineers, consulting architects, site reliability engineers), Frontend Development, Quality Assurance,Business Analysis, Software Engineering and Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure (storage, networking, database, etc.), Data, UI/UX, Cloud, Virtualization, ProjectManagement and Mobile applications developers. Maintaining and managing database information (Potentially utilizing several ATS and/ or CRM applications). Interacting and Assist teamby using Slack, Microsoft Teams to Write new or publish existing job ads for open position(s) on authorized job boards and other advertising channels. Create Business Intelligence reportsto help management to track KPIs, highlight performance shortfalls, challenges and quantify opportunities for making critical decisions Utilize data analytics and knowledge of complexrecruitment issues (i.e., data gathered during sourcing, labor market supply/demand, workforce trends, competitive intelligence) to influence and advise on the acquisition of talent.
